Phonogram privacy
Phonogram is provided by Graam Inc.
Phonogram uses Sign in with Apple to create your account. We store your profile, channel instructions, conversations, uploaded supporting material, generated episodes, and purchase records to provide and sync your library.
Your channels are private by default. If you make a channel public, other listeners can access its episodes, transcripts, and your public creator profile.
Instructions and relevant supporting content are sent to AI providers, including Google and OpenAI, to generate scripts, speech, artwork, and replies. Some existing recordings and sound effects use ElevenLabs. Supabase provides account, database, and file storage services; Vercel hosts the API.
Apple processes payments. Phonogram receives signed purchase information and an account-linked identifier to manage your plan and episode balance. We do not receive your payment card details.
Saved content remains available until removed. Deleting content from a device does not necessarily delete server copies or copies another listener already downloaded. Phonogram does not sell your personal data.
You can make channels private and change your public profile in the app. Subscription cancellation is managed in your Apple account and is separate from removing your Phonogram data.
